The Sales Operations Executive (SOE) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient fulfilment of operations across a broad spectrum. Responsible for processing and dispatching sales orders accurately and on time, the SOE also fosters strong dealer relationships through clear communication. They coordinate with Area Sales Officers for sales orders and act as liaison between warehouse, accounts, and sales departments. The SOE upholds company policies and procedures, contributing to a streamlined and compliant sales operation. The SOE will also be responsible for checking customer credit limits and stock availability, approving sales orders, and efficiently managing dealer queries and complaints.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in sales order processing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and develop efficient trip schedules.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining good dealer relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow-up and coordination skills are needed to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Bachelor's degree and proven experience in sales operations or a similar role.
