Job Summary
The Human Resources Executive will assist the HR Manager in managing daily HR activities, including attendance tracking, payroll processing, recruitment, and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for a fresher with an MBA who is eager to build a career in human resources within the dynamic environment of Euro Guard.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor daily attendance and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle leave requests and maintain leave records.
- Generate monthly attendance reports.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll.
- Ensure accuracy in salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
- Assist in the timely submission of statutory returns and reports.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain training records and track employee participation.
- Support the HR Manager in identifying training needs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Handle general HR queries and provide support to employees.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the HR Manager in HR projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
