Job Summary

The Human Resources Executive will assist the HR Manager in managing daily HR activities, including attendance tracking, payroll processing, recruitment, and statutory compliance. This role is ideal for a fresher with an MBA who is eager to build a career in human resources within the dynamic environment of Euro Guard.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor daily attendance and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  4. Handle leave requests and maintain leave records.
  5. Generate monthly attendance reports.
  6. Assist in the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll.
  7. Ensure accuracy in salary computation, deductions, and reimbursements.
  8. Address payroll-related queries from employees.
  9. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  10. Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  11. Maintain a database of potential candidates.
  12. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  13. Maintain records related to PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
  14. Assist in the timely submission of statutory returns and reports.
  15. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
  16. Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new employees are integrated smoothly.
  17. Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.
  18. Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  19. Maintain training records and track employee participation.
  20. Support the HR Manager in identifying training needs.
  21. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  22. Maintain and update employee records.
  23. Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
  24. Handle general HR queries and provide support to employees.
  25. Assist in performance management processes.
  26. Support the HR Manager in HR projects and initiatives.
  27. Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
